How it works
1. Fill in the short form for your trip — name, contact details, which departure.
2. Pay your 25% deposit on a secure Stripe page. That’s what holds your spot; we cap every departure at 6 riders and they go on a first-deposit basis.
3. We’ll send you a rider questionnaire within 48 hours — fitness, bike size, dietary needs, insurance details. Return it within 7 days and your booking is confirmed.
The balance is due 60 days before departure. NZ$250 of your deposit is non-refundable; cancel more than 60 days out and the rest is refunded.
